ODAC Weekly Update – Week of July 29 – August 4, 2024

Practice Schedules and Adjustments

All ODAC swimmers are currently on a much-deserved break.

Senior 1 and Senior 2 will return to practices as of Monday, August 12, 2024.

Senior 3, 11-12, 9-10, and Super Squad swimmers returning to practice on Monday, August 18, 2024.

General Information

Online registration is now open for all returning families - swimmers that are eager to be a part of the ODAC program may register as of Saturday, August 3, 2024.  Team Unify is currently in the process of completing a software update – If your family is experiencing issues doing an attempt to register, please wait 24 hours and try again.  A help ticket has been initiated with TU to get a better understanding of when their updates will be completed.

The next General Membership Meeting will be held at the Honey Bee Pool on Monday, July 29, 2024, starting at 7:00 pm.  Board elections and voting on the 2024-2025 ODAC operating budget will be a part of the meeting. Please expect to send at least one representative from your family to attend.

New swimmer evaluations will be held this week at both Honey Bee and Great Bridge pools from 7:00 – 8:00 pm on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.  If you know of a family that may be a good fit or interested in swimming for ODAC, please pass along information so they can email the office at [email protected].

Because this year is an Olympic summer, ODAC anticipates that the ODAC program will reach its maximum number of swimmers and will have to close all or most of our practice groups.  Please don’t hesitate to re-register as soon as possible.
